ASSET CLASSES COVERED
We are continually updating our course material to ensure coverage of the most relevant asset classes including RMBS, CLOs, Auto ABS, ABS backed by SMEs as well as General Credit Enhancement. They have been developed specifically for the 'international' securitisation market based on the current criteria of the 'big three' rating agencies.
CASE STUDIES
Particular care is taken to ensure only the most 'up-to-date case studies are used. Thus ensuring that, where possible, the latest technology is available to all the delegates.
COURSE CONTENT
All the courses have both theory and practical elements. A great deal of emphasis is placed on encouraging the delegates to think through the structuring and securitisation issues and develop the architecture and specific programme issues.
Most of the course modules include Excel programmes. These will either be: in complete form for the purposes of testing or, will require the delegates to finish blocks of Excel. Occasionally, and only where sign posted, the module will include small blocks of Excel VBA.
FREE COURSE SOFTWARE
All of the Creative Capital Partners software utilised in the training courses can be used by the delegates for the workplace and is rating agency compliant.The software architecture allows the delegates to alter it for their own use without major surgery.

PRE-COURSE READING AND HOMEWORK
All our courses have pre-course reading supplied to delegates up to 10 days in advance via DropBox. Moreover, during the course, handouts will be provided to ensure that the delegates do not waste valuable course time reading research material.
POST COURSE ASSISTANCE
Our training doesn't stop at the end of the course. Any updates will be posted to DropBox immediately after the course is finished and the trainer will be available for follow up questions.
